AI rendering engine for contractors

A rendering shows your customer what the finished project will look like before you build it. With your own rendering engine, your team makes them as part of your sales process. $1,500.

Your own rendering engine (recommended)

We set up the rendering system in your company’s Claude account and prepare a written how-to for your team. Then we train your team for one day, up to 8 hours: which photos to take, how to describe a project to the system, and how to work through a rendering from start to finish. The training day is within two weeks of signing.

After that, the system is yours to use for your own business for as long as you like, with nothing more needed from us. Any later help is billed by the hour.

How does an AI rendering engine work?

You give it photos of the house and work area and a description of the project, and it produces an image of the finished job. Signet Workflow sets the system up in your company’s Claude account, writes a how-to for your team and trains them for one day. After that, renderings are part of your own sales process.

Why show a customer a rendering?

A homeowner who can see the finished patio, porch or kitchen decides faster and with fewer surprises. A rendering settles the layout, materials and colors before you build, and it gives the customer something to show a spouse or an HOA board.

What does a rendering cost with Signet Workflow?

There are three prices. The rendering engine is $1,500, set up in your Claude account with a day of training, and then your team makes as many renderings as it likes; you pay Claude for the subscription directly. If you’d rather not make them, we render your design for $250 each, with one round of changes, or post a rendering you made to an unlisted page for $50. Growth includes four of those postings a month.

Frequently asked questions

What do I need to run the rendering engine?

A Claude subscription in your company’s name, paid directly, and photos of the house and work area. We set up the system in your account and train your team for one day.

Is a rendering a construction drawing?

No. A rendering is an illustration to help sell the job. It isn’t a construction drawing, survey or engineering document, and you’re responsible for the design and what’s built.

What if I don’t want to make my own?

Send us the plat with the project sketched to scale, photos of the house from every side, and the full design, and we render it for $250. Or send a rendering you made and we post it to its own unlisted page for $50.

How soon is the training day?

Signet Workflow holds the training day within two weeks of signing. From then on, your team makes its own renderings.

Can renderings go on my website?

Yes. Signet Workflow can post a rendering to its own unlisted page of your site, ready to send to your customer. Unlisted pages aren’t linked from your site and are hidden from search engines.

Does the rendering engine need Signet Workflow after training?

No. Once your team is trained, the system runs in your own Claude account and you make renderings without us. Later help, if you want it, is billed by the hour.
