Websites and lead systems for fence companies

Fence buyers usually know what they want and need a price and a date. We build a site that shows every fence type you install, makes the estimate request easy, and keeps working through the busy months.

A family in Gainesville gets a dog and needs a fence before summer. They search “vinyl privacy fence installers” and request three estimates. The company whose site showed vinyl privacy fences in nearby neighborhoods, and answered the same day, gets the job.

What fence customers search

Fence searches name the material or the reason:

In the targeting session we choose the fence types and towns you want to lead with, and each gets its own page.

What we build for fence companies

Your part

Photos of each finished fence and gate, a note on the material, one short video a week, review requests, and same-day answers to estimate requests.

What does a website for a fence company cost?

Signet Workflow builds a fence company’s site for $1,000 and charges $250 a month for hosting, business email and the estimate form. Fence companies that want more of one material, or more work in certain towns, add the Phase 2 build for search ($1,000) and the Growth program at $1,000 a month in place of the $250. Ads are $500 setup and $500 a month, with the budget you set paid to Google. We don’t promise rankings or lead counts. Every add-on is on the pricing page.

What should a fence company’s website have?

A page for every fence you build: wood privacy, vinyl, aluminum, chain link, split rail, and pool fencing if you do it. Each should show local installs and answer the questions you hear on every call: who handles the HOA approval, who calls Miss Utility to mark the lines, how long the install takes, and what happens at the property line. A short estimate form that asks for the address and the rough length of fence lets you price the job before you drive out. Photos of gates, corners and slopes show the details that separate a careful installer from a fast one. If you build along wooded lot lines or steep grades, a photo of that work answers the question before it’s asked.

Common questions

Can you show fence styles by neighborhood?

Yes. Project pages name the town and the fence type from your notes, so homeowners nearby find fences like the one they want.

Can customers pay deposits online?

With the client portal, payments go into your own PayPal business account.

Is the website month to month?

Yes. The Website level is month to month. Growth runs 12 months, then month to month.

Can Signet Workflow’s estimate form ask for fence details?

Yes. The form is set up for your business, so it can ask for the address, the type of fence and the rough length. Every request lands in your business Gmail right away, and a copy stays in the form account in your company’s name.

Can I show fence prices on my site?

You can. Signet Workflow puts price ranges in one place, such as a cost page, rather than on every page, so they’re easy to keep current.
