Websites and lead systems for landscapers

Landscaping is seasonal and visual. Homeowners decide in spring what they want done, and they decide from photos. We build a site that is ready before the season, full of your own yards, in the towns you want.

In March, a homeowner in McLean wants new plantings, mulch and drainage fixed before a graduation party. They search, scroll photos and call two companies. The one with a page about yard drainage in McLean and photos from last season gets the walk-through.

How landscaping customers search

Landscaping searches move with the calendar:

In the targeting session we choose which services and towns lead, and we time the weekly pages so your site is ready before each season.

What we build for landscapers

Your part

Photos before and after each job, a few notes on plants and materials, one short video a week, review requests, and same-day answers to leads in the busy months.

What does a website for a landscaping company cost?

Signet Workflow’s landscaping sites start at $1,000 for the Phase 1 build and $250 a month to run. To be found for design, planting or lawn care in particular towns before spring, add the Phase 2 build for search ($1,000) and Growth at $1,000 a month, in place of the Website fee. Spring ads are $500 to set up and $500 a month, plus at least $1,000 a month paid directly to Google. We don’t promise rankings or lead counts. Every add-on is on the pricing page.

What should a landscaping company’s website have?

Your own yards, through the seasons. Separate pages for design and installation, planting, lawn care, and any maintenance contracts you sell, so a homeowner looking for a one-time install and one looking for weekly mowing each land in the right place. Show a finished bed in its second summer, not just on install day. Say which towns you cover and when you book up, so the people who call in April understand why it pays to call in February.

Common questions

Can the site be ready before spring?

A Phase 1 build launches about two weeks after signing, and Phase 2 about 4 to 6 weeks. Starting in winter gives the site time to settle before the busy season.

Do you build pages for drainage and lighting?

Yes. Any service you want more of can have its own page, chosen in the targeting session.

Can maintenance customers be tracked?

The client portal keeps every customer and job in one list, with appointments on your Google Calendar and payments into your own PayPal account.

When should a landscaper start with Signet Workflow?

In fall or winter. Signet Workflow launches a Phase 1 site in about two weeks and a full Phase 2 build in four to six, so starting after your busy season has your pages live before homeowners start planning their yards.

Can the site sell maintenance contracts?

It can explain them and take requests. Signet Workflow writes a page for your maintenance plans, with what each visit includes, and the estimate form sends each request to your Gmail.
